My best friend says I'm if I were a character from any book I'd be Holly Go Lightly. Although I haven't been published yet, I have two New York literary agents interested in my first novel, Nothing Left But The Loa (an historical romance that takes place in New Orleans, 1801). Meanwhile, I'm working on three more which I call Anthropological Romances: The Blue Silk Scarf (the story of an American archeologist in Rome), A Thirsty Soul (A Romany saga), and Mercutio (A love triangle between Juliet, Romeo, and his best friend Mercutio). Add to those a screenplay on Le Comte de Saint-Germain, and you'll be able to figure how much time I spend sitting in front of my laptop...
In the interim, I work doing freelance writing, and translations from Italian. i am fortunate to be not only passionate about writing, but seemingly immune to writer's block. (I know, I know, don't tempt the fates...)
I am well traveled, well educated, speak several languages, and strive to be as dynamic as possible in what little time we're given, and if I'm capable, I like to help out wherever I can.
