Breaking free from self-imposed or otherwise prisons is to free the mind…In the literal sense, Nelson Mandela demonstrated this by finding peace, love, and forgiveness doing an unmerited incarceration. The metaphoric prisons (the one of the mind) in some ways are the most debilitating, they are not visible, they are in a latent state and often manifest in ones’ experience in many disparaging ways. This gives birth to illness, stress, lack, fear, and all hosts of experiences, thereby weaving the illusionary matrix.
Now, what I call the illusionary matrix is the veil or smoke screen of circumstances, which clouds our vision. Instead on meditating on how good and awesome life is, we meditate on the perceived lack, this is the mistake, or error thinking that feeds the illusionary matrix.
