Article 6
Genocide
For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Article 7
Crimes against humanity
1. For the purpose of this Statute, "crime against humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights but seem like not in Germany and in Burma.

I saw how the military Regime of Burma tortured. I saw how strong these military regime was and as a girl I got always scared of these policemen and soldiers who raped, young and old..Still, the Burmese people smile while telling a tragic story- The Burmese people do not even have a passport!!!!
Like road of no return, the high way 1 from Yangon to Pegu, where the Tourist travel has cost lost of tears and executions
While the Military getting richer, many peasants are forced to go in Debts, They buy rice and sell to the Government to full fill the Production Quota, while they eat only watery rice soup at home .
There are many Human rights Violations like, forced labor,sexual violations, the plights of women and children

BRD-Interpretationsvorbehalte gegen die UN-Kinderrechtskonvention

Vor diesem Hintergrund wird verständlich, daß die BRD über Interpretationsvorbehalte gegen die UN-Kinderrechtskonvention die gegenteilige binnendeutsche Rechtspraxis unangefochten zu erhalten trachtet. Ging es in der BRD erklärterweise schon nicht um die Gleichberechtigung, sondern darum: "den Frauen sollte geholfen werden" (Lohmar), so kann es bei dieser Maxime schon gar nicht darum gehen, dem Kindesinteresse im Sinne der UN-Kinderrechtskonvention Priorität zu geben. Wenn aber nicht das Kind im Sinne des Interesses der Gesellschaft an der Erziehung des Nachwuchses Priorität hat, sondern erzieherische Intentionen, die sich an der Programmierung eines außengelenkten Nachwuchses orientieren, dann muß naturgemäß die UN-Kinderrechtskonvention in der BRD "uminterpretiert" werden.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights
AND HUMANRIGHTS VIOLATION IN GERMANY

The main point is that “To have Rights and To received Rights “ is not the same in Germany .There is a big Gap between“ Government and Citizens .
The Government in Germany acts like a LEADER and one has to follow(with or without Human rights)

As long as we have lived in Germany we can not think about one act done by the Government which fits in the Universal Declaration of Human rights

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
(And we do not think this part is known to Germany as we have no rights for Parents , kid, Homeschoolers, Patients , the sick , the weak and the need from other countries like Refugees seeking for help in Germany
